Field Trips, Counts, and Other (Fun) Field Activities

Field Trips are organized during our June chapter planning meeting each year, but we occasionally add new ones throughout the year. When time permits, we publish them here; sometimes there are spontaneous trips organized due to a "special" or rare bird species in our area. Those trips are usually planned and announced on our Chapter listserv.
To subscribe to the chapter listserv, please send an email message via the contact form on this site for information on how to sign yourself up for our listserv.
2022 - 23 Field Trip & Event Listing
Keep an eye out here for updates to the listed field trips! As more details are worked through, such as time of departure, location of departure, designated trip coordinator, etc., we will update the site. Most field trips depart from Midtown Market (old Roses Shopping Center) ; look for participants right behind Crescent City Grill.
